At Sim Race Webshop B.V., we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all electronic components and hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original box with all cables, manuals, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
